SkyBridge Luxury & Associates has partnered with an award-winning boutique hotel in Minneapolis to source an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the property’s operations. This is an exciting opportunity to take the helm of a distinctive lifestyle hotel, fostering a culture of exceptional service while driving financial performance and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership across all hotel departments, ensuring seamless operations and an elevated guest experience.
Oversee rooms, food & beverage, sales, and overall property performance while maintaining brand standards.
Develop and mentor department heads and staff, creating a high-performing, engaged team culture.
Manage budgets, forecasting, and P&L to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
Implement guest service initiatives to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and online reputation.
Collaborate with ownership on strategic planning, marketing efforts, and capital improvement projects.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
Qualifications
5+ years of leadership experience in boutique or luxury hotels .
Proven track record of operational excellence and guest satisfaction improvement .
Strong background in financial management and team development .
Hands-on leader who thrives in boutique, lifestyle-driven environments .
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
