Location: Mobile, AL (serving Gulf Coast region)
Compensation: $150–200K + incentives
Type: Full-time / On-site with regional travel
Role Summary
Lead and grow multi-state operations, driving performance across sales, service, and financials. Build strong teams, ensure operational excellence, and execute strategy for sustained growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee operations, P&L, and sales performance
Lead and develop teams across multiple sites
Drive strategic growth and budget execution
Ensure safety and regulatory compliance
Strengthen customer and vendor partnerships
Track KPIs and optimize performance
Qualifications
Senior leadership in industrial, service, or construction sectors
Strong P&L and financial expertise
Strategic, people-first leadership
Willingness to travel regionally
Military background (Special Operations preferred)
