As a General Manager, you are responsible for leading your team and driving restaurant success through strong leadership, operational execution, and accountability.Position SummaryThe General Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant, including operations, financial results, team leadership, and guest experience. This role leads daily operations while ensuring consistent execution of brand standards and driving business performance.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.In this role, you will:Lead, develop, and manage restaurant team members, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance managementOversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, food quality, and service executionActively support front-of-house and back-of-house operations as neededEnsure an exceptional guest experience and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionallyManage financial performance, including sales, labor, and food cost controlAnalyze operational and financial data to support decision-making and improve performancePerform or oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reportingEnsure compliance with company policies and all applicable federal, state, and local lawsMaintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanlinessOversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control processesMaintain an active leadership presence and foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culturePreferred QualificationsProven restaurant management experienceStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsFinancial acumen and ability to manage costs and budgetsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsReliable, accountable, and results-drivenFlexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidaysScheduling ExpectationsGeneral Managers are expected to maintain a consistent leadership presence during key business hours.A typical weekly schedule includes:2 opening shifts2 closing shifts1 mid-day shift(Schedule may fluctuate based on location, leadership approval, or business needs)General Managers are expected to:Work a minimum of 45 hours per week, based on business needs and operational demandsWork the busiest days of the week based on projected sales and operational needsEnsure team schedules are prepared and communicated in a timely mannerMaintain proper staffing levels to support business demandsAll scheduling practices will comply with applicable federal, state, and local labor laws.CompensationPay Range: $25.00 per hour – $25.00 per hourActual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business needs.BenefitsEligible employees may have access to the following benefits, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanPaid time off, including vacation and holidays (in accordance with company policy and applicable law)Short-Term DisabilityLong-Term DisabilityLife InsuranceProfessional Development ProgramPhysical RequirementsThis position requires the ability to perform the following, with or without reasonable accommodation:Stand and walk for extended periodsLift and carry up to 50 poundsBend, reach, stoop, and kneel frequentlyPerform repetitive motions, including hand and wrist movementsWork in a fast-paced, high-temperature restaurant environmentWork EnvironmentThis role operates in a restaurant environment with exposure to heat, noise, and kitchen equipment.
