The General Manager will play a key role in the operation of our restaurants. The responsibilities include:
Directing the daily operations of the restaurant.
Ensuring compliance with company standards in all operational areas, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention, and financial accountability.
Delivering high-quality products and services to customers.
Performing other duties as required or assigned.
Candidates must have a minimum of six months of Popeyes managerial experience or one year of general management experience with another concept, or be recommended by their current Area Manager. Effective communication skills, data analysis ability, leadership skills, and computer literacy are required. Ability to interpret Profit and Loss Statements is also necessary.
