General Manager Body Fit Training Montclair
Starting at $60,000 + 10% Commission

Body Fit Training (BFT) Montclair is looking for a dynamic General Manager to drive membership growth, cultivate a thriving studio culture, and lead a team committed to delivering exceptional group training experiences .
Located in the heart of Montclair, NJ , this is your opportunity to join a globally recognized fitness brand in a community that celebrates wellness, innovation, and connection.
Key Responsibilities
Consistently achieve and exceed studio revenue and membership targets
Lead innovative, community-focused outreach and lead generation initiatives
Drive member referrals through strategic engagement and incentive programs
Convert leads through personalized sales interactions , studio tours, and follow-ups
Champion member retention with proactive relationship-building and support
Studio Leadership & Daily Operations
Inspire and manage a high-performing, motivated team
Oversee daily studio operations with a focus on efficiency and consistency
Foster an energized, inclusive environment that aligns with BFTs mission
Be the face of the studio and build strong relationships with members, staff, and the local community
Customer Experience & Studio Culture
Deliver a five-star experience across in-person, phone, and digital channels
Promote a studio culture that is welcoming, empowering, and inclusive
Ensure every member feels supported, seen, and motivated to reach their goals
Marketing & Community Engagement
Lead local marketing and promotional campaigns to increase visibility
Build partnerships with schools, local businesses, and community organizations
Leverage social media and digital platforms to tell compelling stories, share results, and connect with the Montclair audience
Who You Are

Experienced in sales, team leadership, and operations especially in fitness or membership-based industries
A strong communicator and relationship-builder with a proactive mindset
