General Manager – Restaurant Excellence Team
Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000
Seniority Level: Associate

Responsibilities
Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Work with the leader to set the restaurant’s goals and create a plan to achieve them.
Perform other essential duties necessary for operating the restaurant.
Qualifications
Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume fast‑service locations.
Background in quick‑service restaurants strongly desired; hospitality or retail experience also acceptable.
Must be 18 years or older to work as a manager.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
