Responsibilities
Be the leader of your restaurant’s Meatcraft and guide your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
Drive local store marketing and help reach sales and profit goals while ensuring the restaurant delivers top-quality meats.
Lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain brand standards.
Qualifications
Have at least one year of restaurant or retail management experience.
Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
Eligible to work in the U.S.
