Job description
Wonder is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy Rowlett location, overseeing a shared kitchen serving multiple brands, channels and delivery methods. You’ll manage a blended on-site workforce and own local performance, with a focus on throughput, quality and guest experience.
You will develop the team, optimize labor and costs, and drive strategic initiatives across finance, culinary, procurement and logistics to grow the business in a dynamic environment.
