Precision Castparts Corp. seeks a General Manager to lead Press Forge and American Handforge in Paramount and Rialto, directing safety, quality, production, and financial performance.
You will unify operations, drive Lean initiatives, manage budgets, and grow customer partnerships across multiple sites. The role requires 10+ years of manufacturing leadership, P&L responsibility, and experience in forging/aerospace.
