Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a high-performance team to deliver superior guest service and maintain a cheerful, fun work environment
Manage restaurant operations ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Oversee food and labor costs to maximize profitability and understand Profit and Loss Statements
Coordinate and implement company initiatives and local marketing efforts
Maintain restaurant equipment and communicate issues promptly
Develop Assistant Managers and Shift Managers through continuous training
Qualifications & Requirements
1+ years of management experience with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
Ability to hire, train, and lead a motivated team
Open availability including weekends and some nights
Physical ability to work on feet up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
Cash handling skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
