Job description
Hotel Equities is seeking a General Manager for the opening Staybridge Suites in Dayton, OH. The GM will lead all property operations, drive guest satisfaction, manage revenue and costs, and develop the leadership team to deliver outstanding service.
Candidates should have 2+ years of hotel leadership in select-service properties, proven brand experience (Marriott/Hyatt/IHG or similar), strong financial acumen, and excellent communication skills to build community relationships and grow market
