THE POSITION: GENERAL MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Help drive restaurant operation, they get pleasure out of making others happy, managing projects, and actively sharing feedback.
Lead daily operations with a strong floor presence and a guest-first mindset
Champion a culture of hospitality, accountability, and growth across FOH and BOH teams
Coach, develop, and inspire team members to grow and perform at their best
Ensure consistent execution of service standards, guest recovery, and team communication
Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance management for FOH staff
Drive profitability through labor management, cost controls, and strong P&L fluency
Maintain accurate schedules, systems, and compliance with all workplace and safety standards
Partner with the CDC, Corporate Beverage Director, and L&D team to support food and beverage knowledge, training, and service consistency
Represent the brand in the restaurant and in the neighborhood through marketing, feedback response, and local partnerships
Support seamless execution of events and private dining experiences

You have 5+ years of Restaurant Management experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurants.

The base pay range for this position is $115,000-$135,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on several factors, including but not limited to prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications, and skills, etc.
