General Manager - Gerald Nissan of North Aurora

We're seeking a successful leader who is energetic, passionate, highly motivated, and ready to guide an outstanding sales team to even greater success.
Job Responsibilities
Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience
Experienced in motivating staff
Skilled at generating high volume and gross profit
Track record of excellent CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)
Passionate about customer retention
Determine monthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits
Work with each department to achieve specific goals and objectives
Create a positive culture for the team and foster a "team" atmosphere focused on employee retention

Pay range for this position: $175,000 – $300,000/yr (Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to skills and experience)

PTO after 90 days of employment
Vacation up to three weeks depending on years of service
