Overview
Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a General Manager. The GM oversees daily restaurant operations on a shift‑by‑shift basis and leads the Front of House and Heart of House teams to provide the best experience for guests.
Responsibilities
Operate the restaurant on a day-to-day basis as the on-site General Manager.
Act as the quarterback of the restaurant management team, ensuring each shift runs smoothly.
Provide support and direction for the Front of House and Heart of House teams.
Help the team deliver an engaging social experience for sports fans.
Qualifications
Knowledge of business operations, labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
Education and experience: high school graduate or equivalent; bachelor’s degree and 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
Team player who is willing to roll up sleeves and help the team.
Team-focused and able to champion the team to ensure they have the tools to be successful.
