Job description
Overview
General Manager position at Café Bionda, a casual fine dining Italian restaurant, to lead operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will have experience managing high-volume, full-service restaurants, with a passion for Italian cuisine and hospitality excellence.
Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction
Manage, train, and lead front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders
Monitor sales, labor, and operational costs to achieve financial goals
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations
Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and service standards
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly
Support marketing, promotions, and special events to drive traffic and revenue
Qualifications
Proven experience as a General Manager in a casual fine dining or full-service restaurant
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and cost control
Passion for hospitality and delivering a high-quality guest experience
