What You’ll Do
Lead the day-to-day operations of a full-service, high-volume restaurant
Inspire and develop your team through coaching, clear communication, and high standards
Own the numbers: manage P&L, labor, forecasting, and budgeting
Oversee facilities, cleanliness, and brand presentation
Build systems, rituals, and routines that create consistency and guest satisfaction
