GENERAL MANAGER / OPERATOR
We are seeking “guest-obsessed” General Managers to join our family at Biscuitville Fresh Southern®. This role is more than a position; it is a career opportunity in a fun, fast‑paced restaurant environment. It is a full‑time, day‑time position with no night shifts.

Qualifications
A minimum of 3years of leadership experience in a quick‑service restaurant (QSR) and/or a full‑service restaurant
Previous restaurant, retail, and/or hospitality experience
Prior experience training, developing, and leading others
Planning & organizing skills: specifies goals, priorities, tasks, resources, schedules, budgets, and P&L statements
Hard‑working, team‑oriented, friendly, enthusiastic, honest, and with great customer skills
Drive & flexibility: consistently displays achievement orientation and operates with high energy
At least 18years of age
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
Willingness to drive and train in one of our existing restaurants for several months prior to opening; training location will be determined upon hire
Successful completion of a pre‑employment background check
