General Manager Opportunity in Uniform and Facility Services
Shelgin Partners is recruiting for a General Manager role with a leading Uniform and Workplace Services company.
We're seeking dynamic leaders to oversee operations in the following locations:
Caspian, MI
Cherry Hill, NJ
Cleveland, OH
This is a high-impact position ideal for professionals with a strong background in operations, leadership, and customer-focused growth.
What We're Looking For
5–7 years of progressive management experience
Proven success in operations management within a production or manufacturing environment
12–18 months of B2B sales experience
Background in Uniform Services
Strong skills in Leadership, Sales & Growth, Customer Service, Financial & Operational Understanding, and Technical Aptitude
Willingness to travel regionally
Base salary of 120-140K, full benefits.
