We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team in Orange, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business operations, driving growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve short-term and long-term business goals
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company policies
Lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of employees across various departments
Analyze financial data, prepare budgets, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated financial management and budgeting expertise
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
