General Manager/General Manager in Training – Apex Service Partners (Riverside/Inland Empire)

What You’ll Do
Lead and Grow – Oversee all aspects of the business, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and top-tier customer satisfaction
Drive Performance – Set and exceed revenue, profitability, and customer service goals
Develop Talent – Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing teams across sales, service, and operations
Customer-Centric Focus – Deliver an outstanding customer experience that builds brand loyalty and long-term success
Financial Oversight – Manage budgets, P&L statements, and key performance metrics
Operational Excellence – Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity
What We’re Looking For
Proven Leadership – Minimum of 5 years in a General Manager, Regional Manager, or similar leadership role
Strong Business Acumen – Experience managing a P&L, driving sales growth, and optimizing operations
People-First Mentality – Ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
Customer-Driven Mindset – Commitment to delivering outstanding service and fostering customer loyalty
Process-Oriented Thinker – Ability to implement and improve systems for efficiency and scalability
