Job description
Saltbox is opening its first Chicago location in Elmhurst and is looking for a General Manager to build the team, establish the playbook, and run day‑to‑day operations as a true business leader. You will own occupancy, member satisfaction, revenue targets, and staff performance from day one.
Before opening, you’ll stand up systems, hire and train the team, and then oversee ongoing operations, guest experiences, and financial health with autonomy and accountability.
