As a growing company, we are seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team in Peoria, IL and contribute to an aggressive growth plan for the location.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including scheduling, dispatching, sales, and resource allocation.
Implement and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Monitor and manage service quality to ensure adherence to company standards and customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Lead and mentor a team of field technicians and administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to streamline operations and enhance overall business performance.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and the competitive landscape.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role within the plumbing or home services industry (required).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
ProvenexperiencemanagingfullProfit&Loss(P&L)responsibilitieswithastrongtrackrecordofdrivingprofitabilityandcostcontrol.
Strongleadershipskillswiththeabilitytomotivateandinspireteammembers.
Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalabilities.
