We're looking for a passionate leader to become the General Manager at Arby's in Perryville, MO. As the owner’s representative, you will drive the success of your restaurant by inspiring high performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the quality standards of our Meatcraft® menu.

Responsibilities
Lead the restaurant’s operations, cultivating a culture of excellence and customer focus. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include:
Managing performance, engagement, and training initiatives for the restaurant management team and associate staff.
Partnering with local store marketing to achieve sales and profit goals and maintain top‑tier Meatcraft quality.
Ensuring the restaurant consistently delivers a superior guest experience and high‑quality menu items.
Qualifications
At least one year of restaurant or retail management experience.
Outstanding examples of delivering exceptional customer service.
Eligible to work in the United States.
