What You'll Do
As General Manager, you will:
Lead, hire, train, and develop a team of instructors and front desk staff
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and exceptional customer experiences
Maintain a positive, accountable team culture aligned with company values
Monitor performance and help forecast staffing and operational needs
Ensure facility cleanliness, organization, and professional presentation
Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care
Partner with ownership to support company growth and continuous improvement
Lead by example and help create a high-energy, team-oriented workplace
What We're Looking For
Previous leadership or management experience required
Strong ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Passion for working with kids and families
Strong leadership presence and professional maturity
Desire to grow long-term with a rapidly expanding company
Schedule
Average of 45 hours per week
Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM (shift-based coverage)
Occasional Saturdays requiredMust be available for afternoon and evening shifts
