We are seeking a leader who has helped grow or manage the construction side of a plumbing, mechanical, or closely related contracting company .
The strongest candidates will understand how a plumbing contractor successfully supports commercial construction projects — from estimating and preconstruction through staffing, project execution, documentation, and closeout.
Experience may include:
Plumbing construction operations
Estimating from plans and blueprints
Managing multiple active projects and field crews
Working with general contractors
Recruiting and developing skilled tradespeople
Scheduling, backlog, and labor planning
Contracts, change orders, permits, and project documentation
Job costing and operating accountability
This could fit a Plumbing Operations Manager, Construction Manager, Division Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, or strong #2 leader ready for broader responsibility.
The Opportunity

The company works with general contractors and construction customers to perform plumbing scopes across commercial projects. The business is successful today, and ownership’s objective is to 2x to 3x the construction division over time by investing in the right business leader.
The person hired will help lead the plumbing construction operation — building the team, systems, estimating discipline, project controls, and operating structure needed to support continued growth.
