Job description
Ridgemont Country Club in Rochester, NY is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead overall operations, hospitality, and sales growth at our premier private facility. Reporting to Ownership, you will drive F&B excellence and member experiences across venues.
The role requires strong operational leadership, financial acumen, and a hands-on, high‑touch approach to members. Knowledge of private club trends and CMAA/PGA certification is preferred. Base: $105k–$115k.
