Job description
GXO Logistics is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume transportation and warehousing operation. You will own site performance, driving safety, service quality and financial results for blue‑chip customers. In this role, you’ll manage P&L, KPIs and budgets while optimizing labor, inventory and transportation using advanced WMS/TMS, robotics and automation. You’ll build and coach teams, champion a safety-first, inclusive culture, and partner closely with customers on continuous improvement.
