We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coffee, food service management, and hospitality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties
Manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
Ensure high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service are consistently met.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
Oversee shift management and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels.
Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management with a focus on food service.
Strong knowledge of kitchen management, food preparation, and restaurant operations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team leadership.
Ability to conduct interviews, hire qualified candidates, and provide training as needed.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth while maintaining high-quality standards.
