Key Responsibilities
Lead & Inspire Team: Manage, motivate, and develop a team of employees to ensure high performance.
Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to encourage growth and teamwork.
Create a positive and inclusive work culture that drives employee engagement.
Sales & KPI Achievement: Drive sales and transactions to meet or exceed targets.
Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Analyze and leverage sales data to optimize performance.
Operational Excellence: Ensure all restaurant operations run smoothly, maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
Monitor health, safety, and sanitation standards to guarantee compliance with company policies and regulations.
Conduct regular cleanliness checks throughout the restaurant.
Customer Focus: Ensure top-tier customer service by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
Continuously improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Financial Oversight: Manage inventory.
Manage waste.
Manage labor.
Handle cash management.
Qualifications
Proven management experience in fast‑food or hospitality (preferably in a leadership role).
Strong leadership abilities and a focus on people development.
Ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
Strong attention to detail, especially in procedures, cleanliness, and food safety.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
