District Manager for Richeson Management Corporation
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant. This includes overseeing the staff, managing financials, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining health and safety standards, and driving sales growth.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.
Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and point-of-sale systems.
Strong customer service orientation.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
