The General Manager will play a key role in the operation of our restaurants. Responsibilities include:
Directing the daily operations of a restaurant
Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas, including product preparation, customer relations, maintenance, inventory management, team management, recruiting, retention, and financial accountability
Delivering high-quality products and services to customers
Performing other duties as required or assigned
Qualifications include:
Minimum of six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year of managerial experience with another concept, or recommendation by current Area Manager
Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to analyze data and interpret Profit and Loss Statements
Leadership skills and computer literacy
