What We’re Looking For
Leadership Potential – 1+ year of management experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
Commitment – Willing to grow with us for at least 1–2 years in this role.
Reliability – You have dependable transportation and strong work ethic.
Communication Skills – You connect well with team members and guests.
Positive Energy – You bring enthusiasm, teamwork, and a great attitude to every shift.
Job Schedule
40-50 hours per week
Must have open availability for hours of operations 7AM-9:30PM
What You’ll Do
Lead by example — working side by side with your team (no “clipboard managers” here!)
Deliveroutstanding customer service and coach your team to do the same
Support management with scheduling, inventory, and ordering
Maintain high standards forcleanliness, organization, and operations
Help controlfood and labor costs while driving team performance
Foster apositive, team-focused culture and uphold Jersey Mike’s values
Take full ownership of daily operations as you grow into leadership
Our Training Program

8 Weeks Total Training
Phase 1 (4 weeks): Operations Training
Phase 2 (4 weeks): Management Skills Training

Compensation
Pay: From $19.50 per hour during Training
Certified General Manager Pay: $60,000 + Profit Sharing
