General Manager
We are partnering with a growing medical device CDMO seeking a General Manager to lead a large manufacturing organization through its next phase of growth and transformation. This leader will oversee a broad operations team, improve performance, and help bring greater consistency and alignment across a complex multi-site environment.
Base compensation is in the $240-280k range.
Responsibilities
Oversee manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, continuous improvement, facilities, and related operations functions.
Drive operational transformation, including site integration, organizational change, process improvement, and culture alignment.
Establish clear KPIs, accountability, and operating rhythms across functions.
Partner quality, commercial, and executive leadership to support customer needs, new product introduction, and scalable growth.
Manage a significant operating budget and P&L while balancing delivery, quality, productivity, and financial performance.
Desired Skills and Experience
10+ years of progressive manufacturing and operations leadership experience, preferably within a medical device or CDMO environment.
4+ years leading managers and senior functional leaders, with experience overseeing teams of 200+.
Strong background in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, operations engineering, or a related area.
Relevant bachelor’s degree required.
Lean, Six Sigma, Black Belt, or comparable continuous improvement experience preferred.
Proven experience leading transformation, integration, consolidation, site transfers, or other significant organizational change.
Experience managing a $100M+ P&L or similarly scaled operation preferred.
