(Swim School Manager | Operations Manager)
Location : Round Rock, Texas
Job Type : Full-Time
Pay : Starting at $50,000 based on experieince + plus annual bonus opportunities
Schedule : Flexible availability required, including afternoons/evenings and weekends to meet the needs of the school and season.

WhatYou’llDo
Lead the Team – Recruit, coach, and inspire staff to deliver consistent, high-quality lessons in a safe, fun, and welcoming environment.
Create Excellent Family Experiences – Ensure strong customer service, smooth scheduling, and solutions to any issues.
Drive Sales & Growth – Manage sales goals, track leads, and engage families to grow the school.
Maintain Facility Standards – Ensure the pool, lobby, and facility meet Aqua-Tots brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance.
Oversee Operations – Handle staffing, scheduling, payroll, and budgets while keeping operations running smoothly.
Partner for Success – Collaborate with the Regional Manager and Operations Team to ensure excellence across all areas of the school.
WhatWe’reLooking For
2+ years of management experience(operations, hospitality, education, or retail preferred)
Strongcustomer service and people leadership skills
Someone whothrives on building teams, solving problems, and creating positive experiences
Flexible availability to meet the needs of the school
High School diploma or GEDrequired;Bachelor’sdegree preferred
CPR certified & Certified PoolOperator (CPO)license(or willing to obtain —we’llprovide training)
