Job description
Oversee the entire single-unit restaurant
Recruit and hire Managers and Team Members
Lead team development and instill the Dillas culture
Motivate the team to achieve financial and operational metrics
Give clear daily direction and conduct energetic pre- and post-shift meetings
Set goals, empower the team, define standards, and provide training and coaching
Give and seek feedback, maintain open communication, and follow up on goals
Lead high-performing shifts using company-provided tools and materials
Work hands‑on and maintain an immaculately clean restaurant
Drive cleanliness, speed of service, training, food cost, and labor measures
Advocate for customers and communicate customer needs to team members
Prioritize team and customer safety and ensure rules are followed
Manage and improve the restaurant P&L
Plan for consistency and stability and anticipate internal and external business impacts
Complete administrative work efficiently and accurately
Train the team on proper Dillas procedures
Inspire, motivate, appreciate, acknowledge, and recognize team performance
Support Dillas marketing, sales, and promotional efforts
Build lasting community relationships and partnerships
Execute caterings and onsite events while growing the brand in the community
Requirements
Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required; some College preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older
Proficient in a variety of technology systems, especially Google Suite (docs, sheets, slides)
May be required to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects up to fifty pounds; kneel, bend, stoop, ascend or descend stairs, and reach and grasp objects
Ability to recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, empower, and develop Managers and Team Members
Ability to manage restaurant financial and operational metrics, including P&L, food cost, and labor
Ability to execute administrative work efficiently and accurately
Independently Owned and Operated Franchisee of Dillas Quesadillas
