We are looking for a general manager for our co-warehousing facility. This is an exciting role where you are around entrepreneurs every day and can be creative. This is not a corporate job; the company executives are always accessible and involved in the business. This is an opportunity to show your personality and really make the location your own.
In this role, a typical day might include the following:
Checking in with and getting to know to the entrepreneurs and member businesses in your facility (50-100 small businesses) and building a strong community
Touring potential new customers through the building, following up with your sales pipeline, and coordinating with our centralized business development (sales) team
Encouraging good behavior among members and enforcing ReadySpaces policies to ensure organized building operations
Assessing the building for potential upgrades and improvements, and tracking repair and upgrade projects from start to completion. Identifying maintenance or other operational issues at the site and designing solutions to address them
Vetting and coordinating with contractors or other service providers doing work at the building
Collaborating with other general managers and corporate employees to determine best-practice policies and procedures and to design enhanced offerings and products.
Compiling legal notices or regulatory documentation that might be required for your facility
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in sales role is required
Previous experience in operations role(s) required
Strong computer skills, including the ability to effectively use search to find information online
Organization and attention to detail, especially with respect to collecting rents and maintaining accurate records of tenants
Initiative: the confidence to make decisions on your own and act without specific instructions
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military service
Minimal travel is required (a passport is required but can be applied for after starting your role)
ReadySpaces provided the following inclusive hiring information:
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay Range: $34-$37 per hour
Bonus pay: Up to $2250/quarter bonus based on performance
Total Potential Pay: +-$80,000-$85,000

Annual off-site retreat (optional)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9a-5p
Annual Merit Raise based on performance
Education:Bachelor's (Preferred)

Operations: 1 year (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:25% (Preferred)
