Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and drive profitability
Lead and manage daily operations across departments to ensure a seamless workflow
Hire, train, and mentor department leaders and staff to foster growth and performance
Collaborate with stakeholders to align short-term priorities with long-term goals
Analyze reports, budgets, and KPIs to inform decisions and maximize profitability
Qualifications
Ability to lead with integrity and motivate teams toward shared goals
Prior experience in general or operations management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and comfort managing complexity
Compensation
$85,000 - $95,000/year
