Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership for all aspects of hotel operations, including Rooms, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and Engineering.
Develop and execute business strategies that maximize revenue, profitability, market share, and overall hotel performance.
Foster a culture of outstanding guest service, associate engagement, and operational excellence.
Lead, coach, and develop department leaders while promoting collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
Ensure exceptional service standards and maintain the unique lifestyle experience that defines Hotel Zephyr.
Build strong partnerships with Davidson Hospitality Group leadership, ownership, community organizations, and local tourism partners.
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and guest feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, capital planning, and financial performance to achieve ownership objectives.
Champion safety, quality assurance, and brand standards while creating memorable experiences for guests and associates alike.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience as a General Manager leading a full-service hotel or lifestyle hotel
Demonstrated success driving financial performance, revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, labor, and expense controls.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with associates, Davidson leadership, ownership, and community partners.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and execute innovative business initiatives.
Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.
Passion for creating memorable guest experiences while fostering an engaging, inclusive workplace culture.
