Job description
Piccino has been a community hub in San Francisco's Dogpatch neighborhood since 2006, and we are now in the Presidio as well, with more locations ahead.
Here are the details:
This is a hands‑on leadership role. Our Dogpatch location runs a full-service restaurant, Bar Piccino next door, and our seven‑day Coffee Bar; our Presidio house runs lunch & brunch daily and dinner six nights. You will own service standards, staffing, and the daily financial rhythm of the house, working alongside our owners and operations team. We are seeking someone who leads from the floor, not the office, and who our guests recognize by their second visit.
Responsibilities/capabilities:
Floor leadership during service; hiring, training, and scheduling; labor and cost management; inventory and ordering oversight; guest relations; coordination with our events team on private dining and buyouts. Comfort reading a P&L is essential. We run on Toast and Resy. The ideal candidate has solid references and a minimum of 3 years in senior restaurant management.

Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 annually (including benefit package)
