General Manager - Amoura:Fresh Mediterranean San Francisco International Airport (SFO) Full-Time | Amoura Hospitality Group
Lead one of SFO's busiest, most loved quick-serve dining spots.
Amoura:Fresh Mediterranean is a fast-casual, quick-serve restaurant bringing bright, scratch-made Mediterranean food to millions of travelers a year. We're looking for a General Manager who can run a high-volume, fast-paced airport operation with the same care and energy we put into every plate. What you'll do
Own the day-to-day: operations, guest experience, food quality, speed of service, and financial performance
Build, coach, and retain a strong team; lead hiring, scheduling, and training
Drive sales and manage labor, food cost, and inventory to hit targets
Keep the line moving and throughput high during peak travel rushes
Manage the Toast POS system, including menu updates, reporting, and daily reconciliation
Keep us audit-ready on health, safety, airport, and union standards
Partner with Amoura leadership on menu launches, promotions, and growth
Be the face of the restaurant to guests, airport partners, and vendors
What you bring
3+ years managing a high-volume quick-serve, fast-casual, or foodservice operation
Strong P&L skills and a track record of hitting cost and sales goals
Proficiency with Toast POS (or a comparable restaurant POS system)
A people-first leadership style, with experience in a union environment a plus
ServSafe Manager certification (or ability to obtain quickly)
Ability to pass an SFO security badge background check
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
