General Manager
Location: Schenectady, NY
Salary:
$100,000 – $108,000 + 20% bonus
Package: Benefits, 401(k) match, PTO, travel benefits & relocation support
Position Overview
We are hiring on behalf of a well-established hotel group seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a select-service hotel in Schenectady.
The GM will oversee daily operations, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and leadership of the hotel team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all day-to-day hotel operations.
Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B leadership.
Build and manage the property budget and P&L.
Drive guest satisfaction and operational standards.
Lead, develop, and retain the management team.
Partner with regional leadership and ownership.
Drive revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Candidate Profile
Proven hotel General Manager experience.
Demonstrated long-term GM track record.
Strong financial and P&L knowledge.
Experience managing budgets, payroll, forecasting, and KPIs.
Professional presentation and strong communication skills.
Degree not required; relevant experience is valued.
