Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively
Promote a positive, energetic, team‑focused culture
Lead by example and uphold brand standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of General Manager experience in a high‑volume restaurant
Experience managing teams of 40+ employees
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Extensive food & beverage knowledge
Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments
Strong understanding of restaurant financials and inventory systems
Comfortable coaching, delegating, and holding teams accountable
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Available nights, weekends, and holidays
What Makes You a Great Fit
You’re dependable, driven, hospitality‑focused, and know how to inspire a team. You lead with urgency, stay calm under pressure, and understand that great restaurants are built through consistency, culture, and attention to detail.
If you’re ready to grow with a company that values leadership, energy, and operational excellence, we want to hear from you.
