As our General Manager - Service & Solutions, you will successfully drive the service business operations for your territory while working in collaboration with your customers and colleagues. Your mission is to promote a positive culture surrounded by accomplishing safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results.
You will bring progressive and successful leadership experience with relevant service expertise in a consultative selling environment as well as leading a union-represented workforce. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of experience in a related industry in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

Salary and Compensation
Annual Base Pay Range: The hiring range for this role is $167,400 - $219,765. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
Variable Compensation: KONE Annual Bonus plan at 25% Target Incentive (60/40) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
