Job description
Drive stellar operational performance at the single-unit restaurant level
Oversee the entire restaurant
Recruit and hire Managers and Team Members
Lead team development and instill the Dillas culture
Motivate the team to achieve financial and operational metrics
Give clear daily direction and conduct energetic pre- and post-shift meetings
Set goals, empower the team, define standards, train, coach, and provide feedback
Follow up on goals, identify root causes, and implement improvement plans
Elevate core values and run high-performing shifts
Use company-provided materials to train, coach, and operate shifts
Lead by example in maintaining an immaculately clean restaurant
Drive cleanliness, speed of service, training, food cost, and labor measures
Advocate for customers and communicate customer needs to team members
Prioritize team and customer safety
Recruit, onboard, train, empower, and develop people
Ensure rules and procedures are followed
Manage and improve the restaurant P&L
Plan for consistency and stability and anticipate internal and external business impacts
Execute administrative work efficiently and accurately
Coach, inspire, motivate, appreciate, acknowledge, and recognize the team
Support Dillas marketing, sales, and promotional efforts
Build lasting community relationships and partnerships
Execute catering and onsite events while growing the brand
Requirements
Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required
Some College preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older
Proficient in a variety of technology systems, especially Google Suite (docs, sheets, slides)
May be required to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to fifty pounds
May be required to kneel, bend or stoop, ascend or descend stairs, reach and grasp objects
