Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in Simpsonville, SC. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, staff management, customer service, and financial performance. Responsibilities include ensuring swim lessons are delivered effectively, maintaining a safe and clean facility, scheduling and supervising staff, managing budgets, and promoting the swim school within the community.
Qualifications
Experience in staff management, scheduling, and supervision
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in budget management and financial oversight
Ability to maintain a safe and clean facility
Understanding of swim instruction and water safety practices
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed
