Lead and Grow - Oversee all aspects of the business, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and top-tier customer satisfaction
Drive Performance - Set and exceed revenue, profitability, and customer service goals
Develop Talent - Recruit, mentor, andretainhigh-performing teams across sales, service, and operations
Customer-Centric Focus - Deliver an outstanding customer experience that builds brand loyalty and long-term success
Financial Oversight - Manage budgets, P&L statements, and key performance metrics

Proven Leadership - Minimum of 5 years in a General Manager, Regional Manager, or similar leadership role
Strong Business Acumen - Experience managing a P&L, driving sales growth, andoptimizingoperations
