Responsibilities
Lead the experience by managing all aspects of food production, guest service, and the direct crew and manager work.
Proactively lead and manage all people processes including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, performance management, and coaching.
Plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs.
Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald’s standards of excellence.
Maintain a high level of safety for both guests and employees.
Oversee all operational needs of the restaurant, including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence.
Qualifications
A commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace.
Strong customer service and support focus.
The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs.
Experience making decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
