General ManagerWe are seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead operations for a high-energy sports facility. This is a great opportunity for a strong operator who enjoys leading teams, driving sales, building community relationships, and creating a fun, welcoming experience for guests.General Manager Benefits:Bonus potentialMedical, dental, vision, and mental health benefits401(k) matchUnlimited PTOC12 Leadership development and trainingProfessional certification opportunitiesGeneral Manager Responsibilities:Lead, hire, train, schedule, coach, and develop facility team membersDrive revenue through league participation, memberships, field rentals, local partnerships, and repeat customer engagementManage daily sports facility operations, including scheduling, vendors, maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and complianceBuild strong relationships with players, parents, teams, referees, schools, clubs, and community partnersSet clear expectations for service, operations, accountability, and team performanceResolve customer issues quickly and professionally, with strong follow-throughSupport the front desk, staff, referees, and guests during peak business periodsCreate a safe, fun, and welcoming environment where players feel valued and excited to returnGeneral Manager Requirements:Proven sales success and experience in a lead, supervisor, assistant manager, operations manager, or general manager roleStrong people leadership skills with the ability to hire, train, coach, and hold a team accountableExperience in customer service, sales, operations, hospitality, recreation, fitness, sports, entertainment, or facility managementAbility to manage schedules, staffing, customer issues, facility needs, and business priorities in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working nights, weekends, and peak business hours based on facility demandBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in sales, customer service, operations, or leadershipMust be at least 18 years oldSpanish/English bilingual ability is a plusTeam sports, recreation, fitness, or sports facility experience is a plusThis role requires availability during peak facility hours, including nights and weekends.Shifts vary based on business needs, league schedules, staffing, and facility demand.
