As a General Manager, you’ll oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards in areas like product preparation, customer service, facility maintenance, and inventory management. You’ll lead team recruitment and retention efforts while maintaining financial accountability. With a focus on delivering top-quality products and exceptional service, you’ll play a key role in enhancing our customers' dining experience.

Job Responsibilities
Overseeing daily restaurant operations to maintain efficiency and service quality.
Ensuring compliance with company standards across all operational areas, including:Product preparation and delivery
Customer relations
Restaurant maintenance and repairs
Inventory management
Lead your team with effective guidance, manage recruitment for store-level positions as needed, and focus on employee retention.
Managing financial accountability to support the restaurant’s performance goals.
Delivering the highest quality products and exceptional service to each customer.
Performing additional duties as needed or assigned.
Qualifications
