Location: St. Louis, Missouri
My client is seeking a hands‑on General Manager to lead a specialized life sciences organization through its next chapter. You’ll connect people, manufacturing, quality, R&D, and financial performance while preserving the rigor and technical excellence essential to a regulated business.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead day-to-day business and operational performance
Oversee manufacturing, quality, technical/R&D, budgets, and resources
Maintain ISO 13485/QMS compliance and audit readiness
Establish metrics and drive disciplined continuous improvement
Develop teams while progressively assuming Founder responsibilities
About You
Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, business, operations, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Leadership background in life sciences or another highly regulated industry
Experience in an ISO13485 environment
Manufacturing/technical operations and financial management capabilities
Stable leadership history with sound judgment and a hands‑on approach
